Return Policy
- We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss free and enjoyable as much as possible ! Please read through the following T&C prior to make a purchase.
- Before you return a Dodi Baksa Jewellery product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans from various parts of India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other,
- Each product is exquisitely handmade with immense care, and go through thorough quality check before shipping them out. Illuminate Jewellery does not accept returns and do not offer any refunds .
We only offer Exchange and Credit Note.
Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted, Only if your order is damaged in transit or you received an incorrect product. You may return them the exact way you received (unworn and with original packaging).
- Kindly keep the product packed with original box packaging , our courier representative will pick up from your address. Once the returned product will reach to our warehouse, we will dispatch the replaced item. Kindly note,
- We put all our efforts to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible . However, it may appear differently due to different screen resolution of gadgets.
- Please check the product details i.e. dimensions of the product, pictures etc. So you can get a thorough idea before making the purchase.
Exchange Procedure
- Mail us on dodibaksa@gmail.com by mentioning the order number, along with product picture and your concerns within 3 days of delivery.
- The concern team will take up your queries within 24 to 48 hours. Kindly be patient.
- Once the item will reach to us, replaced product/s will be shipped within 3 working days.
- We will not be liable for any returns / exchanges were not notified within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchange / Return not available for international orders.
- Exchange product/s may take longer time than usual time to ship.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
- Products must be unused to be eligible for exchange.
- A product can be exchanged once through the course of an order.
- Items are on sale, not eligible for exchange.
