Terms & Conditions for Made-to-Order: For customized orders, consultations, alterations, or cancellations, special cases will be considered if requested within 3 days of placing the order. Please send an email to info dodibaksa@gmail.com for such requests. Any cancellations made after 3 working days will not be accepted. However, if a cancellation is made regardless, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value, and the remaining amount, if any, will be issued as a credit note to the client. In the case of exchanges, changes, or alterations to the order, the order value must be matched. An additional 30-day period will be given for finalization, starting from the date of notification. If the client fails to respond within this 3-day timeframe, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged based on the order value. For hold requests on made-to-order pieces due to unforeseen circumstances, clients can request a hold within their specified order timeline before shipping. A maximum of 30 days will be provided for finalization. If no follow-up is received from the client after 30 days, the order will be automatically canceled. In such cases, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged on the total order value, and the remaining amount, if any, will be issued as a credit note to the client.
